Nutra Stat (UK) Limited [trading as Nutrastat] was incorporated on 4th February 1994 by Graham & Kim Hobson , Managing Director & Operations Director respectively, and for more than 20 years they have been members of the National Pest Technician Association (Registration No.: 504)
Graham has been in Integrated Pest Management (Pest Control) Industry since 1983, initially employed as a Rentokil Pest Control Surveyor being given in-house training for 3 months prior to being able to deal with members of the public.
Subsequently, Graham has gone on to take further training with British Pest Control Association, who worked in conjunction with Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) , achieving RSPH Level 2 Certificate in Pest Control in January 2008, and Graham has remained as an Associate Member of Royal Society of Health (AMRSH) every since.
For many years Graham has been known colloquially as ‘Captain Cockroach’. His initial speciality was eradicating cruise ships of German cockroaches (Blattella germanica), clearing over 40 cruise ships, ably assisted by various Nutrastat Team Members. Some of the team have been with the company for more than 15 years with vast pest experience to offer our contract clients.
Graham is also inventor & patent holder of the Silent Sentry, his own enhanced cockroach trap housing for wet, humid & damp areas to improve passive cockroach monitoring on cruise ships, selling many thousands through the cruise industry, enhancing insect monitoring.
However, due to the massive increase in bedbug pest distribution throughout the world, his Team Members and him are also specialists in eradicating bedbugs (Cimex lectularius), which is an increasing pest often brought on board by cruise ship passengers.
